Borosil Renewables Limited is the first and only solar glass manufacturer in India. The company spotted the opportunity in this segment quite early and commissioned the solar glass manufacturing facility at Bharuch in Indian State of Gujarat in January 2010. Over the last 5 years, the solar PV installations and module production across the world have grown exponentially. Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation

Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC) was established under the Gujarat Industrial Development Act of 1962, with a goal of accelerating industrialization in the state of Gujarat, India. Main role of the GIDC is to identify locations suitable for industrial development and create industrial estates with infrastructure such as roads, drainage, electricity, water supply, street lights, and ready-to-occupy factory sheds. The infrastructure of certain estates has been built for specific industries; there is an electronics estate at Gandhinagar, ceramics and manufacturing estates in Bhavnagar, chemical estates at Vapi, Ankleshwar, Panoli, Nandesari, Naroda. Some GIDC estates also have low-cost housing for workers and executives of tenant businesses, and many of the larger estates include amenities and commercial facilities such as banks, shopping complexes, schools, dispensaries, telecommunications centers, police stations, and community halls. As of February 2008, there are 257 such estates throughout Gujarat, and economies of scale allow the GIDC to offer these plots for substantially less than the cost of creating a similar standalone factory. GIDC has acquired maximum land for the development of Industries in the State of Gujarat, under their possession after Indian Railway.

Madhya Pradesh Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company Limited (MPMKVVCL) was incorporated as a wholly owned Government Company on 31st May 2002, under the Companies Act 1956, the same has been notified vide order No. 5555/RS/4/13/2001 dated 1st July, 2002 of the Government of Madhya Pradesh. The Company undertakes the activities of distribution and retail supply in the areas covered by the Commissionaries of Bhopal, Hoshangabad, Gwalior and Chambal. The Company obtained certificate of commencement of business on 16th July 2002 from Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh and Chattisgarh, Gwalior.Subsequently vide Government of Madhya Pradesh notification No. 3679/FRS/18/13/2002 dated 31.05.2005, the Company has been provided functional autonomy with effect from 01.06.2005. The CIN Number of Company is U40109MP2002SGC015119. The Government of Madhya Pradesh vide its order no. 2671/12/13 dated 29th March, 2012 had transferred all the shares of the Company to M. P. Power Management Company Limited and subsequently our Company is now a subsidiary of M. P. Power Management Company Limited, Jabalpur.

Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) is a Mini Ratna (Category – I) Government of India Enterprise under the administrative control of Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE). IREDA is a Public Limited Government Company established as a Non-Banking Financial Institution in 1987 engaged in promoting, developing and extending financial assistance for setting up projects relating to new and renewable sources of energy and energy efficiency/conservation with the motto: “ENERGY FOR EVER”


NHPC India

NHPC Limited has become the largest organisation for hydropower development in India, with capabilities to undertake all the activities from conceptualization to commissioning in relation to setting up of hydro projects. NHPC Limited has also diversified in the field of Solar & Wind power. NHPC Limited presently has an installation base of 7071.2 MW from 24 power stations on ownership basis including projects taken up in Joint Venture. Considering the impediments faced during execution of these projects such as unfavourable geological conditions, difficult law and order problems, inaccessible and remote locations, the achievement so far is commendable. The generation performance of these stations has been outstanding. NHPC is presently engaged in the construction of 5 projects aggregating to a total installed capacity of 4924 MW which includes 2 hydro electric projects viz., 2000 MW Subansiri Lower HEP and 800 MW Parbati-II HEP being executed on ownership basis and 3 projects being executed through Subsidiary/ JV Companies viz., 500 MW Teesta-VI HE Project, 1000 MW Pakal Dul HE Project & 624 MW Kiru HE Project. In addition, 14 Projects with aggregate capacity of 8326 MW are under clearance stage which includes 9 Schemes of NHPC’s own and 5 in JV mode. Further, 2 projects with aggregate capacity of 1130 MW are in S&I stage.


Gujarat Gas Limited

Gujarat Gas Limited (GGL), is India's largest City Gas Distribution player with its presence spread across 23 Districts in the State of Gujarat, Union Territory of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Thane Geographical Area (GA) (excluding already authorised areas) which includes Palghar District of Maharashtra. In 10th CGD bidding round announced by PNGRB the company has won 6 GAs comprising of 17 cities in the state of Punjab, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan, making GGL a pan India Company. The company has India's largest customer base in Residential, Commercial and Industrial segments. GGL is committed to reach out to every possible natural gas user in its expanded GAs. The size and scale of the combined entity gives it the ability to achieve efficiencies and effectively manage the transformational changes in the sector. This major gain in productivity would benefit all the key stakeholders i.e. Customers and Shareholders. The company has more than 24,000 kms. of gas pipeline network. It has more than 400 CNG stations and distributes close to 10 mmscmd (as on 31/03/2020) of natural gas to over 14,50,000 households, approximately 2 lakh CNG vehicles (fueled per day) and to more than 3700 industrial customers. PFC Limited

PFC Limited is under the administrative control of the Ministry of Power. PFC was conferred the title of a 'Navratna CPSE' in June, 2007, and was classified as an Infrastructure Finance Company by the RBI on 28th July,2010. SJVN is now a listed Company having shareholders pattern of 59.92 % with Govt. of India, 26.85% with Govt. of Himachal Pradesh and rest of 13.23 % with Public. The present paid up capital and authorized capital of SJVN is Rs. 3,930 Crore and Rs. 7,000 Crore respectively. The Net Worth as on 31.03.2020 is Rs.11759 Crore. Beginning with a single project and single State operation (i.e. India’s largest 1500 MW Nathpa Jhakri Hydro Power Station in Himachal Pradesh), the Company has commissioned seven projects totaling 2016.51 MW of installed capacity and 86 km 400 KV Transmission Line. SJVN is presently implementing or operating power projects in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Bihar, Maharashtra and Gujarat in India besides neighbouring countries of Nepal and Bhutan.

THDC India Limited

THDC India Limited (Formerly Tehri Hydro Development Corporation Limited), is an Indian electricity utility company, a public sector enterprise owned by the Maharatna PSU National Thermal Power Corporation Limited (NTPC Ltd). It was incorporated in July’88 to develop, operate and maintain the Tehri Hydro Power Complex and other Hydro Projects. THDC India Limited is a Mini Ratna Category-I Enterprise. At present the company has four power plants in operation namely Tehri Dam (1000 MW), Koteshwar Dam (400 MW), 50 MW Wind project in Patan (Gujarat) and 63 MW Wind project in Dwarka (Gujarat). In addition, more than 10 projects are under various stages of construction. Tehri PSP (1000 MW) and Vishnugad-Pipalkoti HEP (444 MW) are in advance stage and are expected to commission by 2018. THDCIL has also ventured in to thermal power generation with its 1320 MW Thermal Power project coming up near Dussehera village which is near to Khurja, District Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh.
