Institute of Directors, India believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Paid participants will be entitled to change the course to any convenient location, where the course is being conducted, within a year. Should you be unable to attend the program after booking, a substitute delegate can be named before the program begins. No refund shall be made for cancellation
  • The Annual/Life subscription fee will be refunded, if Membership is not accepted.
  • In case you feel that the service received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to notice to IOD Helpdesk notice by email: info@iodglobal.com respectively within 24-48 hours time our helpdesk team will look into your request/complaint and will take it up further.

Refund Policy

The Application for Membership must be made on the appropriate form and must be accompanied by a detailed CV and the payment of the fees  (Entrance fees and the first year's Annual subscription or Life Membership fees, as the case may be), which shall be refundable, if membership is declined.

Registration fee of the conferences is non residential and non-refundable Changes in nominations are acceptable.

No refund will be made for cancellation of Nomination of Training Program . Should you be unable to attend the program after booking, you are welcome to send a representative.
