He was credited for transforming IIM Lucknow, MDI Gurgaon and IMI Delhi. He has served on more than twenty Boards of leading Indian companies.
She is the Distinguished Professor Organisational Behaviour at IMI Delhi, and Director on the Boards of Punjab National Bank and IMT Ghaziabad.
He is Fellow (Ph.D) from IIM Ahmedabad, MA (Gold Medalist) and M. Phil in Political Science from Delhi University. He has also held senior leadership positions at IIM Ranchi, IMI New Delhi, MDI Gurgaon, IMI Delhi and FORE School of Management.
