She has worked with boards across North America and around the world, including Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Central America. A former partner at Mercer Delta and Global Managing Director of the Hay Group's Board Effectiveness practice, she started her own firm, Board Advisor, LLC, in New York in 2009. She was named one of 20 Most Inspirational Women Leaders of 2020 by The Women Leaders magazine.
